A Mastercard or Visa card number will be taken to reserve all new clients' appointments, including those redeeming gift certificates. This is to confirm your committed appointment. Pre-payment is also an option. Should you not have a credit card and are redeeming a valid gift certificate, the gift certificate number may be used, keeping in mind that the gift certificate will be void (surrendered) should the cancellation policy not be followed.
As a courtesy to all our clients, appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours advanced notice, and same day appointments cancelled or missed with less than 4 hours notice, will result in charges for the full amount of the service scheduled.
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to complete a health history form. Please understand your session will end on time in order to accomodate the next client. We regret the availability to extend the time of an appointment if you arrive late.
